Why there's no single “all cards” screen in-game
Pokemon TCG Pocket organises everything by set — Genetic Apex, Mythical Island, Space-Time Smackdown, and every set released since. The game itself only ever shows you one set's pack pool at a time. There is no built-in master list across every set, which is exactly the gap a dedicated card list is for.
The card pool also keeps growing. Every new set adds another block of cards, so treat any “total card count” you see as a snapshot, not a fixed number — always check the count against the current list rather than an old article.
